Margaret Lymberis

Margaret is a graduate of Monmouth University with a B.A. in vocal performance. She began her music training at age ten through the Rutgers Children’s Choir and the Westminster Choir’s youth and young adult chorales. It was at Westminster Choir College where she began to learn piano and study voice. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for Classical, Baroque, and sacred music, and showing students how to appreciate music too plays a central role in her approach to teaching. “I hope to leave students with a life-long love of music — not only by performing it but also by understanding the history and theory behind songs no matter how short or simple.” Margaret also speaks Greek and loves teaching others about Greek music and culture!
