Nathaniel Klostreich holds a BA in Music from Monmouth University, where he specialized in the study of harmonic ideas in 1950s-era bebop jazz. While guitar is his principal instrument, he finds piano to be just as rewarding an instrument to play. He has studied guitar with Andrew Light, Justin Tupik, and Doug Clarke. During his time at MU, Nathaniel also had the opportunity to observe the brilliant technique and pedagogy of Laura Dubois.
Nathaniel’s passion for teaching was acquired at a young age, giving his first guitar lesson at the age of 15. With an emphasis on understanding the needs and learning style of each individual student, Nathaniel has had success with students of all ages.
